Writers tend to be an independent bunch so you’ll find that copywriting prices vary widely and are often based on little more than guesswork. Write Brained takes a slightly more structured approach to its copywriting rates. Over the years, we have monitored the speed of our research, writing and editing on a broad range of assignments and have used this information to create a sound pricing strategy based on converting per page rates to a targeted hourly rate.

Copywriting

Write Brained’s rate for copywriting is $70/hour. We provide custom copywriting quotations for each project, and our fees can be structured on a project basis, depending on project type and volume.

Copy Editing

For companies that need a copy editor or proofreader, our rate is $50/hour depending on the extent of editing your work needs. Write Brained provides:

Light Editing to correct errors in spelling, punctuation, format and grammar
Heavy Editing to improve the construction of your sentences, organization of your ideas and clarity of your thoughts

With all assignments, Write Brained requires a 50% deposit upon signing with the balance due upon completion. We accept check or money order.
